Attn:  Small Business Owners
Subject:  "Cross-Border" Financing Mechanisms
To:  Our Brethren of Shared Experiences

Effective today--June 1, 2005, we have reached an Agreement with two European-based entities, an asset management company and a mutual fund, in which these entities will act on our behalf to "arrange" the "cross-border" financing for a variety of economic development projects located in the Western Hemisphere.  Thusly, the actual financing and subject to project acceptance, a subsidiary of a major bank will provide the Joint Venture Capital Financing.  Put simply, an access to a financing mechanism that may prove helpful and beneficial to your ongoing and expanding business activities.

And should this financing mechanism be perceived as advantageous to your current business activities, send along to our email address, your two-page summary that includes a telephone contact number.  Shortly thereafter, we will contact you with additional follow-up information and questions that we think should be consistent with your normal decision-making processes.

Open Letter to our Community of Self-Interest.

We wish to thank all 230,000 of you for both your patience and your ongoing support.  And of course, for your many suggestions and continued encouragement.  Thus, we are more tightly focused on providing assistance to the unemployed and under-employed via our Job Bank.  Not only have we re-configured our web site, but our Job Bank as well.

Unfortunately, we had to scrub clean our Job Bank due to being swamped by America's industry of "head hunters".  Due to our time and efforts, we had to separate the wheat from the chaff, to use an apt agricultural metaphor.  These head hunters were in pursuit of 'sellable' candidates for their corporate clientele.  And we now think that we have resolved all the relevant or pertinent issues.

Consequently, we shall be contacting our National Network of Military Vets--as Small Business Owners--and again request their innovative cooperation and assistance in providing their Company's job openings for posting into our Job Bank.

In the next few weeks and months, we shall be striving to improve our Job Bank by contacting the major companies in Corporate America and request their job openings, as well.  Moreover, should this overall effort lead to fruition, we shall establish a second Job Bank here at this web site, or at a minimum, create a sizable expansion where possible.

And needless to say but I will, on behalf of the Policy Board and myself, we thank you for your understanding and patience.

Respecfully,

Jim Gonzales
President
